Crystal has over fifteen years of experience providing business valuation and litigation support services and has been providing financial neutral services in collaborative family law matters since 2012. Her valuation expertise includes valuations for corporate tax planning purposes, purchase or sale of a business, shareholder and partnership disputes, and matrimonial matters in the context of both litigation support and collaborative family law. Crystal also has experience in the preparation of loss quantification reports for litigation support purposes with a focus on business losses arising from expropriation.
Her clients have included private companies in a wide variety of industries. In addition to clients located in Alberta, Crystal has worked with clients located in British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
Crystal has been qualified as an expert witness at the Alberta Land Compensation Board and the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta. She is currently the President of the Alberta Expropriation Association.
